Gordon plays a special concert on the legendary Wanamaker Organ in the Grand Court at Macy’s, in downtown Philadelphia. This immense instrument has over thirty-three thousand pipes, and Gordon intends to use at least thirty two thousand nine hundred of them in this concert.
The theme of the music for this program is GRAND and GLORIOUS, including some GRAND classics, some GLORIOUS sounds and some programmatic surprises. Come to the Grand Court at Macy’s and enjoy this sensational instrument in a ‘delicious’ banquet of musical sound.
